Acroyoga for Beginners
Acroyoga is a practice that combines the yogic self-awareness, the acrobatic playfulness, and the surrender of therapeutic flying and Thai massage. Come and be ready to play, fly, make others fly, and find relaxation in new ways.
With AcroYoga you can improve communication skills, body awareness, mutual trust, and self-confidence in a safe and fun environment while you increase strength, flexibility, and fitness level. This practice is based on listening, trust and respect, and it is mainly about exploring and expanding your physical and psychological limits, overcoming fears when stepping out of your comfort zone, building trust, and connect with other people.
In this class, you will learn the foundations and fundamentals of AcroYoga. Silvia will introduce you to the basic poses and flows in a fun and safe environment, all weaved with partner drills and games.
This class is mainly addressed to people who have little or no experience with AcroYoga.
